Écrivium is a digital platform dedicated to writing and organising literary projects. It provides, among other things, editing tools, narrative organisation tools, export functions, community features and, depending on the offer, functions based on artificial intelligence.

5. Écrivium intellectual property

The interface, software, structure, visual identity and elements specific to Écrivium are protected by applicable intellectual property rules.

6. Ownership of works

Writers retain their rights to their manuscripts, texts, notes, characters, fictional worlds, images and documents stored on the platform.

Use of Écrivium does not result in any general assignment of the user’s copyright to Écrivium.

7. Artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence functions provided by Écrivium are assistance tools. Results must be reviewed and assessed by the user, who remains responsible for editorial choices and the final content of their work.

8. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy available on Écrivium.

9. Consumer mediation

After a prior written complaint to Écrivium remains unresolved, a consumer may contact the designated mediator free of charge:
